Are you ready to drive UKTV's data strategy and shape the future of analytics? Join UKTV as a Lead Analyst, where you’ll lead a talented team and help shape the next chapter of our digital transformation. We’re investing in data to power audience insights, marketing, advertising and innovation - and this role is at the centre of it all. Working closely with BBC Studios, you’ll play a major part in embedding a new data stack and championing data-informed decisions across the business. What You’ll Do • Lead and coach a team of 4 analysts to deliver impactful, high-quality work • Drive analytics and data visualisation initiatives across Marketing, Product, Programming, and beyond • Collaborate with teams to implement A/B testing, optimise strategies, and embed digital analytics across workflows • Partner with BBC Studios to deliver a connected data platform and align priorities • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting tools that fuel performance monitoring and insight generation • Own the rollout and training of digital tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and more What You’ll Bring • Significant experience managing analytics teams and working across business functions • Expertise in SQL, Python or R, digital analytics tools (e.g. GA360, Adobe Analytics), and tag management • Knowledge of modern data stacks (Snowflake, AWS), A/B testing, and measurement methodologies • Confidence working in agile teams and product-led environments • A strategic communicator comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and making the complex simple This is a rare opportunity to shape data culture and practice in a dynamic, creative business and lead change across both UKTV and the wider BBC Studios group. 📢 Inspired to lead with data?
