Experience: 10+ Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced AWS, Go Lang & Apache Flink Lead Developer to design, architect, and implement large-scale real-time data streaming platforms on AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience building high-volume, low-latency, fault-tolerant streaming solutions leveraging Apache Flink and AWS services. Key Responsibilities • Design and lead real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures using Apache Flink. • Develop scalable and resilient data processing frameworks for business-critical applications such as Fraud Detection and AML. • Build and optimize Kafka-based streaming pipelines. • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS. • Develop APIs and integrations supporting enterprise data platforms. • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-performance streaming solutions. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. • Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams. Required Skills • 10+ years of overall IT experience. • Strong expertise in Apache Flink (DataStream API, Table API, SQL). • Extensive experience with real-time streaming platforms and Kafka. • Deep knowledge of AWS Cloud Services, including: • SQS • Lambda • S3 • EC2 • API Gateway • Strong experience with Terraform. • Hands-on expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines. • Strong API development and integration experience. • Programming expertise in Go Lang, Java, and/or Python. • Proven experience architecting and implementing high-volume, real-time data streaming and processing frameworks. Preferred Qualifications • Banking, Financial Services, AML, or Fraud Detection domain experience. • Experience with Alloy Fraud Orchestration Framework. • Experience integrating with Actimize solutions. • Prior experience leading teams and driving architecture decisions.
