Job Title: Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a data engineering leadership capacity, supporting large-scale enterprise data initiatives. Our team drives high-impact projects in the banking sector, focusing on data development, governance, and cross-functional leadership within a dynamic technical environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead data development, profiling, sourcing, and design efforts on enterprise-level projects.
• Document data processes, including source-to-target mapping, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Oversee project management, delegate tasks, and provide leadership across a team of data professionals.
• Contribute to technical deliverables using Informatica, database systems like Teradata, and expert-level SQL.
Required
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience covering the end-to-end development cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Extensive data development and ETL experience, with proficiency in Informatica and expert-level SQL.
• Prior experience in the banking domain with a strong understanding of banking products, processes, and advanced data warehousing concepts.
• Demonstrated ability in documentation and maintaining source-to-target mapping (STM), data management, and data governance principles.
