Title: Lead Snowflake Data Engineer
Location: Hybrid to Smyrna, GA or Jacksonville, FL (2-4 days in office depending on the week)
Compensation: $65/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Job Description
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
• Architect and optimize data models to support supply chain analytics and reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using dbt (data build tool).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across the Snowflake environment.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on Snowflake best practices.
• Integrate Python-based data processing and automation scripts into the data pipeline.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues and implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on data warehousing and analytics.
• Proven experience as a Snowflake Lead/Senior Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in dbt for data transformation and pipeline management.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.
• Advanced skills in SQL and deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working in supply chain or logistics domains is a plus.
• Working with Sales data or familiarity of business operations
