Title: Lead Snowflake Data Engineer
Location: Hybrid to Smyrna, GA or Jacksonville, FL (2-4 days in office depending on the week)
Compensation: $65/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Job Description
β’ Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
β’ Architect and optimize data models to support supply chain analytics and reporting.
β’ Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using dbt (data build tool).
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
β’ Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across the Snowflake environment.
β’ Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on Snowflake best practices.
β’ Integrate Python-based data processing and automation scripts into the data pipeline.
β’ Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues and implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on data warehousing and analytics.
β’ Proven experience as a Snowflake Lead/Senior Developer or in a similar role.
β’ Strong proficiency in dbt for data transformation and pipeline management.
β’ Solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.
β’ Advanced skills in SQL and deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
β’ Proficient in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
β’ Experience working in supply chain or logistics domains is a plus.
β’ Working with Sales data or familiarity of business operations
