Following a strategic internal merger, they are hiring three Lead Data Engineers to support the build-out of new data capabilities focused on retirement solutions. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, DBT, and Azure DevOps β€’ Ensure solutions are GDPR-compliant and aligned with business and technical requirements β€’ Lead Agile delivery within Scrum teams, translating user stories into actionable engineering tasks β€’ Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions β€’ Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards and release management processes β€’ Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence Ideal Candidate Profile β€’ Proven experience in data engineering, including ELT/ETL, data integration, and data warehousing β€’ Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Azure Synapse/Data Factory, DBT Cloud, and Azure DevOps β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms, streaming technologies, and dimensional data modelling (Kimball) β€’ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps/DataOps principles β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills β€’ A proactive mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and innovation Interested?
