Role description
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven Lead Experience managing and mentoring data engineering teams, with strong project ownership and delivery capabilities
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data modeling, complex query optimization, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline development
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks
• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms for data storage, processing, and deployment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Matillion or similar ETL tools (preferred but highly desired)
