Lead Data Governance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Business Analyst to support data governance and stewardship initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data governance, data stewardship, and business analysis, with the ability to work independently and drive requirements end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: • Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders • Analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements • Create and manage documentation including BRD, FRD, and User Specifications • Support data governance and data stewardship activities, including data quality and data definitions • Collaborate with development and validation teams to ensure successful delivery • Facilitate meetings, capture detailed notes, and manage review/approval processes Required Skills: • Strong experience in Data Governance and Data Stewardship • Experience in requirement gathering and analysis • Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Specs) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred: • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry • Exposure to Collibra or similar data governance tools (MUST)
