Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Modeller to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data models within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, logical modeling, metadata management, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Logical Modeling
β’ Architect and oversee enterprise-wide data modeling initiatives.
β’ Lead the development of scalable, high-performance data models for enterprise applications.
β’ Define and enforce best practices for schema evolution and data interoperability.
β’ Establish organization-wide data modeling standards and frameworks.
β’ Conduct advanced data analysis to ensure alignment with business requirements.
β’ Create logical and object data models of moderate to high complexity.
β’ Develop data modeling automation frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
β’ Implement metadata management and data quality monitoring solutions.
β’ Define and execute data transformation strategies and solutions.
β’ Ensure data governance and security controls are implemented and maintained.
β’ Perform code reviews and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes.
β’ Develop automated validation procedures for data integrity and consistency.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
β’ Work closely with Data Product Owners to gather and refine business requirements.
β’ Partner with senior leadership to shape enterprise data strategy.
β’ Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
β’ Promote adoption of standardized modeling practices across data teams.
Preferred Background:
β’ Strong experience in healthcare data environments and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
β’ Proven expertise in logical and physical data modeling tools and techniques.
β’ Proficient in SQL, ETL tools, and metadata management platforms.
β’ Familiarity with data governance frameworks and security protocols.
β’ Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
