Job Description We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist - Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and agentic AI and a proven ability to design, prototype, and implement scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities: • Lead the design and execution of analytical solutions that meet business objectives. • Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and business teams to develop machine learning models using modern tools and technologies. • Provide technical guidance and propose alternative solutions to complex challenges. • Design and implement LLM, NLP, and computer vision solutions for unstructured text and images including problem framing, data curation, fine-tuning or adapters, and evaluation for classification, entity extraction, and summarization. • Architect high-quality Agentic AI and RAG workflows, optimizing ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector indexing for performance. • Build production-ready, scalable models that deliver real-time insights aligned with enterprise standards. • Lead hypothesis-driven experimentation and define robust evaluation strategies with clear documentation. • Coach junior data scientists, share best practices, and contribute to technical strategy. • Champion Responsible AI, ensuring privacy, security, governance, and bias reduction. • Represent the data science function as a thought leader in advanced analytical techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in data science, including 1+ year on agentic AI projects. • Strong experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, clustering, and data mining techniques. • Proficiency in Python and complex SQL with experience handling large dynamic datasets. • Solid understanding of data warehousing and databases. • Experience with machine learning and data visualization tools. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and numerical reasoning. • Proven ability to develop large-scale AI and ML models for production environments. • Effective collaboration and communication skills to align solutions with business needs. Preferred Skills: • Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Statistics. • 8+ years of experience in data science or a quantitative field. • 3+ years of experience with unstructured data techniques such as NLP or computer vision. • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform or similar. • Applied experience in supply chain, logistics, pricing, revenue management, or commercial domains.
