Important: As a first step in the process, all candidates will be required to complete a short online take-home assessment within 24–48 hours. What You’ll Do Own and build end-to-end machine learning solutions — from raw data to production-ready models Design and develop scalable models using Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large, complex datasets Lead and mentor other data scientists while staying hands-on Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to turn data into actionable insights Drive AI and advanced analytics initiatives that directly impact business outcomes Build and optimize models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation Work with large-scale data environments and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Continuously experiment, iterate, and improve models using A/B testing and statistical analysis What You Bring 5–8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-focused roles Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL (this is critical) Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data pipelines Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems Ability to communicate complex technical work to non-technical stakeholders Experience mentoring others or operating as a senior technical leader Bonus Points Experience with deep learning, NLP, or recommendation engines Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management Background in high-impact industries like healthcare, financial services, or tech Why This Role High visibility, high impact — your work directly drives business decisions Strong focus on cutting-edge AI and machine learning Collaborative, fast-moving environment with real ownership Clear path for growth into leadership
