In the role of Lead Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal part in addressing intricate challenges related to personalization, marketing optimization, trust & safety, and product experience. Working with an expansive dataset generated by a diverse user base, you will develop AI-powered solutions that enhance the platform while providing exceptional experiences for the community Requirements: • 7 to 10 years of experience in creating scalable data science solutions within vast data environments. • Proficient in key machine learning algorithms, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Transformers, and Vision Transformers. • Extensive expertise in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Spark (Scala or PySpark), along with practical experience using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. • A solid grasp of fundamental concepts in linear algebra, statistics, probability, calculus, and A/B testing. • Strong analytical skills complemented by the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams. • High experience with personalization algorithms, recommendation systems, or user behaviour modelling. • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) We cannot provide any sponsorship for this role.
