In the role of Lead Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal part in addressing intricate challenges related to personalization, marketing optimization, trust & safety, and product experience. Working with an expansive dataset generated by a diverse user base, you will develop AI-powered solutions that enhance the platform while providing exceptional experiences for the community
Requirements:
β’ 7 to 10 years of experience in creating scalable data science solutions within vast data environments.
β’ Proficient in key machine learning algorithms, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Transformers, and Vision Transformers.
β’ Extensive expertise in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Spark (Scala or PySpark), along with practical experience using deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
β’ A solid grasp of fundamental concepts in linear algebra, statistics, probability, calculus, and A/B testing.
β’ Strong analytical skills complemented by the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
β’ High experience with personalization algorithms, recommendation systems, or user behaviour modelling.
β’ Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT)
