We have 3 urgent openings for an “Lead Data Scientist". These are Remote roles.

Strictly no C2C or third-party vendors
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience overall.
• 3+ years in Reporting and Data analytics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting and visualization software
• Must have extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with data management practices, including data cleaning and transformation. (This is a critical must have.)
• Must have strong knowledge of SQL for data querying.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading a team of analysts, ensuring data accuracy, and translating business needs into actionable insights through data-driven reports and dashboards.
• Must have hands-on experience developing and implementing a comprehensive reporting framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Must show experience evaluating and selecting appropriate reporting and analytics tools, ensuring their effective integration and utilization by the team.
• Must Health Care experience

• Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Examine data to find significant customer insights and potential uses for the information
• Lead a small team of data analysts, and collaborating with product and technology teams to align reporting needs with strategic objectives
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and data analysis
