Opportunity for 5g and WiFi Team / Mobile Networks
JOB DUTIES
• Lead the full analytics lifecycle—including requirements gathering, data preparation, model development, and implementation—focused on Wi-Fi and 5G network performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor and optimize 4G/5G and Managed Wi-Fi networks.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new data sources, validate findings, and support strategic initiatives.
• Present results and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, while mentoring junior team members and contractors.
SKILLS
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, ESRI and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced mathematics.
• Proven experience with large-scale database management, data lakes, and big data tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain network performance dashboards for 4G/5G and Wi-Fi.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights for diverse stakeholders.
