Employer Industry: Data Management and Child Welfare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity • 100% remote work opportunity, providing flexibility in your work environment • Participate in meaningful projects that contribute to evidence-based Child Welfare Practice • Opportunity for career advancement within the MDCPS Data Management Team • Work with a collaborative team of professionals focused on data quality and analytics • Engage in innovative data cleansing and migration initiatives What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Participate in data migration and design activities for replacing the legacy case management system • Support the identification and management of data-related issues, risks, and gaps • Design and develop ETL architecture and technical work packages • Create data mapping specifications for migration from a large legacy database to a new application • Deliver improvements in data quality metrics and develop semantic models for child welfare metrics What Is Required (Qualifications) • Eight (8) years of experience with Multidimensional Model Database Design, ETL design, and development • Eight (8) years of experience with data quality and master data management integration • Eight (8) years of experience with ERDs, business vocabulary, data dictionary, and database schema mapping • Eight (8) years of experience with data analytic implementation projects • Three (3) years of experience with cloud-based data stack tools and platforms How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience in Child Welfare data modeling, case management, and analytics • Familiarity with data quality and data exchange components of federal requirements for Child Welfare management systems • Prior experience with CCWIS • Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members #DataManagement #ChildWelfare #RemoteWork #DataAnalytics #CareerOpportunity We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
