Job Description In-person interview is mandatory Should be more than 12 years of experience Position: Lead Databricks Engineer Location: Plano, TX-Onsite/Hybrid - Face to face interview is must Type: Contract Key responsibilities include: Leading the design and implementation of data solutions on Azure Databricks. Managing and mentoring a team of data engineers. Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to ensure seamless integration of data workflows. Ensuring data quality and reliability through the implementation of robust testing and validation processes. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our data strategy. Hands-on experience in designing & implementing ETL solutions in Azure platform The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience with Databricks and large-scale data processing. Strong expertise in data engineering, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A solid understanding of data security and compliance requirements. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
