We are seeking an accomplished Lead Developer to join our clients team . This senior role suits an experienced professional with a solid background in technology consulting and deep expertise in Java, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, React, and Angular.

Key Responsibilities

β’ Champion engineering standards and best practices across development activities.
β’ Mentor junior developers, supporting their professional growth and technical capabilities.
β’ Engage in pair programming to enhance collaboration and continuous learning.
β’ Introduce innovative ideas and external perspectives to improve our workflows and technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
β’ Advanced expertise in Java and Microservices architecture.
β’ Hands-on experience with Kafka and AWS.
β’ Strong proficiency in React and Angular front-end frameworks.
