We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and supply chain integrations. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance software solutions for transportation and logistics operations.
π§ Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical designs.
Lead development of API-based services for integrating TMS platforms like Blue Yonder, and visibility tools like Project44/FourKites.
Manage full SDLC: design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Define and implement KPI metrics, data quality controls, and system documentation.
Interface with legacy systems (i-Series) and integrate across cloud (AWS/GCP) and streaming platforms (Kafka).
Drive best practices, code reviews, and work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, PMs, Architects).
Contribute to project planning, estimations, and roadmaps for supply chain applications.

Experience with TL, LTL, Intermodal transportation data flows
