Lead ETL Developer

Position Title: Lead Informatica Developer Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA OR Strongsville, OH Ability to work remote: Hybrid Required - 3 days in office, 2 remote Acceptable time zone(s): EST Days of the week: Monday-Friday Working Hours: 8am-5pm Intended length of Assignment: 10 Months Contract to Hire, W2 Reason for open position: Project Potential for Contract Extension: Yes Function of the Group: Mitigating Risk and Revenue Industry background: Banking, highly preferred Team Dynamic: 12 team members, mix of onshore and offshore, working with the technical developers, business analysts and data analysts Roles and Responsibilities: • Helping mostly with solution architecture • Interacting with business stakeholders to clearly understand requirements and propose solutions • Working with QA to explain how solution works • Ensure everything they are designing falls within standards of Client Must Have Technical Skills: Level 4 – 7+ years experience • Informatica • Data Model • Custom ETL design and implementation • Data Modeling Star/Snowflake Schema • Data Warehouse Architecture • Data Warehouse Design • Data Warehouse Development • ETL Flex Skills/Nice to Have: • Python • Java Soft Skills: • Strong communication • Articulate • Good team player Education/Certifications: Bachelors Degree required Interview Process: Two rounds – First with the HM Second technical panel interview with three other people – 1hr
