Role description
Our client, a leading organization in data management and analytics, is seeking a Lead ETL professional to join their team. As a Lead ETL, you will be part of the Data Integration Department supporting enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lead ETL Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range:$68.26 What's the Job? Design, build, test, and deploy complex ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage and other tools. Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data integration solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, performance, and scalability. Lead and mentor team members on best practices, code reviews, and performance standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate effectively with business users and architects. What's Needed? Proven hands-on experience with IBM DataStage ETL development and performance tuning. Experience migrating ETL workloads into in-house or custom frameworks. Strong knowledge of high-volume data integration with enterprise sources such as SAP, Oracle, and Teradata. Experience working within CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployment and automation.
