Role description
Lead Fabric Data Consultant contractors required for 6-12mth programme with a leading client in Merseyside area; this programme involves designing and implementing a new Azure-Fabric based data lake, focusing on advanced analytics and business intelligence. The position requires expertise in data engineering, data architecture, particularly with medallion architecture and data fabric design patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a new Azure-Fabric based data lake, utilising medallion (Silver to Gold layer) architecture and data fabric.
Ensure the platform supports advanced analytics and business intelligence through best practices in data management and architecture.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Silver to Gold layer medallion architecture, and data fabric design patterns.
Experience in the Full end to end process of a MS Fabric transformation project
Strong knowledge of data lake architecture, modelling, integration, governance, and security.
Experience of Data Quality/Governance
Proven experience migrating data from on-premise systems to cloud platforms.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Ideally be MS Fabric Certified
Day Rate: £500-575 per day
Duration: 6-12mths programme
