Please find details for this position below: Client: Banking/Financial Industry Title: GenAI Data Scientist / Senior GenAI Data Scientist / Lead GenAI Data Scientist Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Role Duration: 09+ Months (s) Contract to hire, or possibility to extension Job Description: • In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Architect challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables • Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education • The GenAI Data Scientist supports GenAI initiatives through advanced analytics, model evaluation, and data exploration. • This role works with large and complex datasets to inform model behavior, performance, and business impact, partnering closely with engineering and product teams. Key Responsibilities (R&R): • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. • Support GenAI model development, evaluation, and performance tuning. • Design and execute experiments to assess model behavior and outcomes. • Develop metrics to measure model quality, bias, and business impact. • Partner with product and engineering teams to inform feature and model decisions. • Create analytical outputs and visualizations for stakeholders.
