Title: GenAI Data Scientist / Senior GenAI Data Scientist / Lead GenAI Data Scientist
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Role
Duration: 09+ Months (s) Contract to hire, or possibility to extension
Job Description:
β’ In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture
β’ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Architect challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
β’ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
β’ Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel
Required Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
β’ The GenAI Data Scientist supports GenAI initiatives through advanced analytics, model evaluation, and data exploration.
β’ This role works with large and complex datasets to inform model behavior, performance, and business impact, partnering closely with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities (R&R):
β’ Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
β’ Support GenAI model development, evaluation, and performance tuning.
β’ Design and execute experiments to assess model behavior and outcomes.
β’ Develop metrics to measure model quality, bias, and business impact.
β’ Partner with product and engineering teams to inform feature and model decisions.
β’ Create analytical outputs and visualizations for stakeholders.
Key Deliverables:
β’ Data analyses and insight reports
β’ Model evaluation and performance metrics
β’ Experiment design and results documentation
β’ Dashboards and visualizations
β’ Recommendations to improve model outcomes and business value
Required Technical Skills:
β’ Hands on experience with LLMs and GenAI concepts
β’ Python (data analysis, ML libraries)
β’ SQL and data manipulation at scale
β’ Advanced analytics and BI tools
β’ Experience with model evaluation and experimentation
Required Competencies:
β’ Strong analytical and critical thinking
β’ Curiosity and hypothesis driven mindset
β’ Ability to explain complex findings clearly
β’ Collaboration with cross functional teams
β’ Ethical and responsible AI awareness
