Lead OCP Engineer
Location : Charlotte, NC. ## Hybrid ## W2/ C2C
Required Skills & Experience:
8 to 10 years experience in software development and architecture roles.
Hands on experience in Java, .Net, UI ( Angular,React) technologies to support application changes required for migrations from TAS to OpenShift.
Hands on experience with TAS ( Tanzu Application Service) and Openshift.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
Strong understanding of Load balancing strategies ( RoundRobin, Tropology, canary) required to support application migration/cutover.
Proven experience in migrating applications to cloud platforms, particularly OpenShift and TAS.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive migration strategies.
Proficiency in application architecture involving complex integrations such as Messaging ( Kafka, MQ), Caching ( Redis), File transfer (NDM), File storage.
Extensive experience with DevOps tools and CICD pipelines.
Extensive experience with tools such as Jenkins, Github, Github actions, Kubernetes, Helm.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Financial Services Domain: Familiarity with the financial services industry and its regulatory requirements.
