Lead Technical Analyst – Oracle Fusion SCM Deployment Remote Long-term Contract ABOUT THE ROLE The Lead Technical Analyst is responsible for overseeing support of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications that enable data collection, retrieval, accessibility, and departmental operations. This role partners closely with technical teams to ensure systems run efficiently with minimal downtime. You will manage configuration, setup, and updates for key applications, ensuring data is accurately entered into the appropriate tables, fields, and system databases. You will also develop and review custom queries and build reports that support strategic decisionmaking across the business. This role provides guidance to leadership on application enhancements, system standards, and performance optimization. You will monitor metrics, assess risks, and deliver insights that improve system reliability. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the team responsible for user training and access management, while fostering effective collaboration between crossfunctional teams and external partners. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Lead support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications, including evaluating design considerations and business impacts for configuration • Ensure high-quality data to support internal planning and operations • Oversee configuration, setup, and updates for enterprise applications, providing guidance as needed • Manage data loading processes into established tables, fields, and system databases • Review and approve governance standards for data input, structure, and storage • Lead the team in building reports and delivering insights for business and staffing decisions • Mentor the team responsible for training users and managing user access • Recommend improvements related to application development, maintenance, and system standards • Represent the enterprise-wide application perspective when collaborating with technical teams to ensure system integration and interoperability • Serve as the liaison with client stakeholders and external vendors to support enterprise-wide applications Education Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, OR 9+ years of experience in enterprisewide software support Preferred: • Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle Skills and Experience Required • 6–8 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide software • Strong understanding of software development methodologies • Deep knowledge of enterprise applications and platforms • Experience managing SaaS and enterprise systems • Expertise in configuring and implementing enterprise applications • Experience applying security principles to technology solutions • Leadership experience, including oversight of database management and maintenance • Ability to create and review complex custom queries with reporting tools • Strong knowledge of data management and quality control practices • Excellent analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Technical Skills • System configuration • SDLC methodologies • Cloud platforms and technologies • Data analysis, data modeling, and data warehousing • ETL processes • Reporting tools • System security and access control • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including: o Inventory Management o Procurement o Order Management o Manufacturing o Planning • Experience leading cloud deployments end-to-end (cutover planning, mock deployments, production releases, postgolive stabilization) • Strong understanding of cloud security and access controls, including role validation, segregation of duties, credentials, and sensitive access checks before production release • Ability to serve as the technical deployment lead and escalation point during cutover and golive Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty, or veteran status, in accordance with applicable laws.
