Lead Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Power Platform Developer to architect, develop, and lead the delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes through low-code/no-code solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement scalable and secure applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Pages). • Lead architecture decisions for new applications and integrations. • Integrate Power Platform with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party systems. • Lead a team of Power Platform developers and provide technical guidance, best practices, and code reviews. • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and agile delivery. • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Communicate technical designs and timelines effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Implement and enforce Power Platform ALM practices and governance standards. • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational IT policies. • Stay current with Microsoft’s Power Platform roadmap and recommend adoption of new features or tools. • Drive automation and productivity improvements across departments. Qualifications & Skills: • Proven experience (5+ years) in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. • Strong experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. • Deep knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, custom connectors, and Power Platform architecture. • Experience in managing environments, solution management, and ALM. • Solid understanding of security, role-based access control, and data loss prevention policies. • Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, Power Fx, and SQL. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred: • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-100). • Experience with Azure services, Dynamics 365, or integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus). • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform. • Leadership experience in a similar or senior developer role.
