They are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to architect and develop scalable backend services, enhance user experience, and build AI-powered features while working in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities: • Architect and develop scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces. • Contribute to infrastructure planning and ensure system resilience and uptime. • Engage in peer code reviews and participate in shaping technical direction. • Build AI-powered features and integrate with third-party platforms and APIs. • Develop and maintain pipelines to evaluate and monitor AI model performance. • Enhance user experience through thoughtful frontend improvements and feedback loops. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering. • Proficiency in Python with Django and Celery for backend development. • Proficiency in HTML, HTMX, TailwindCSS, and vanilla JavaScript for frontend work. • Infrastructure automation and configuration using Ansible or similar tools. • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as DSPy, Braintrust, or LangChain. • Experience designing and maintaining AI evaluation workflows. • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment, and scaling strategies.
