β’ Engage in peer code reviews and participate in shaping technical direction.
β’ Build AI-powered features and integrate with third-party platforms and APIs.
β’ Develop and maintain pipelines to evaluate and monitor AI model performance.

Qualifications:
Required:
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
β’ Proficiency in Python with Django and Celery for backend development.
β’ Proficiency in HTML, HTMX, TailwindCSS, and vanilla JavaScript for frontend work.
β’ Infrastructure automation and configuration using Ansible or similar tools.
β’ Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as DSPy, Braintrust, or LangChain.
β’ Experience designing and maintaining AI evaluation workflows.
β’ Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment, and scaling strategies.
