Here's the job details, Lead Salesforce CPQ Apttus (Conga) Developer 100% remote in USA Rate Range $75 to $80 hr C2C All Inc We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead CPQ Apttus Developer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing critical Lead to Revenue solutions for our customer base. . This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Apex, Apttus CPQ, Conga CLM, , and a strong understanding of integration API’s and IPaaS layers, such as Mulesoft, as well as downstream billing systems like Zuora. Job Summary: The Lead CPQ Apttus Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce Sales Cloud and Apttus CPQ solutions within the customer’s “Product to Cash” ecosystem. . This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient sales, quoting, and contracting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Sales Cloud, Apttus CPQ, and CLM implementations (Conga and/or Docusign), along with strong development skills and extensive experience with tech stack integration across multiple platforms. Background: This engagement is the first step in the consolidation of two different environments, TCRM (Conga Apptus) and SCRM (SF CPQ, with a lot of customizations). Release 1 (called “R1”) is the first phase in moving all business to the TCRM (Conga Apptus) platform. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Apttus CPQ solutions on the Salesforce platform. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications for CPQ solutions. • Design and implement robust integrations between Apttus CPQ/Salesforce and other critical systems, with a specific focus on billing platforms like Zuora and leveraging Mulesoft as the primary integration platform. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of CPQ solutions. • Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Apttus CPQ functionality and integrations. Functional Daily/Weekly Activities: • Manage/Lead other Offshore team Developers • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Apttus CPQ functionality and integrations. • Intake user stories from onshore team • Ask follow up questions for clarity ahead of development • complete development based on user stories in Conga Apttus • Leverage OOTB functionality as much as possible • Complete development in short cycles (sprints) • Work with onshore lead architects to understand the context of the user story, and dependencies (and potential impacts) • Create unit tests in jira to be leveraged down the road • execute those unit tests to ensure functioning code ahead of promotion Stage code for promotion • Integrations work with Conga Apttus, Zuroa, Mulesoft • After development sprints are complete, participate in formal testing cycles (SIT, E2E, UAT) Preferred Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Apttus CPQ implementation and development. • Demonstrated experience with Mulesoft for enterprise-level integrations, including designing, developing, and deploying APIs and integrations. • Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product catalog, pricing, quoting, discounting, and contract management. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript. • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes). ● Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices. ● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ● Apttus CPQ Certification is preferred.
