Lead SAP Data Migration Analyst

Job Title: Lead SAP Data Migration Analyst Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a Lead SAP Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will focus on data analysis, profiling, quality assessment, and migration readiness activities across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Finance data knowledge, hands-on experience with data migration, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues. Responsibilities • Perform hands-on data analysis, profiling, sourcing, and validation activities to support SAP S/4HANA migration efforts. • Lead data quality assessment and cleansing activities within SAP ECC source systems. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and remediate data quality issues. • Support migration readiness, data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities. • Collaborate with downstream data consumers to ensure data quality and consistency. • Communicate data findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and business teams. Required Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or data quality initiatives. • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. • Strong experience in data profiling, data sourcing, data validation, and data cleansing. • Deep understanding of SAP Finance data domains, including GL, AP, AR, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Customers, and Vendors. • Experience using Databricks and/or Alteryx for data analysis and profiling. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. • Familiarity with Azure Data Lake (ADLS) and medallion architecture concepts. • Understanding of information architecture, data domains, and system interfaces. • Experience supporting downstream reporting, analytics, or data consumption initiatives.
