Job Title: Lead Sigma Insights Analyst Location-Type: Remote (US-based, any time zone) Start Date Is: Early February Duration: 1+ year contract Compensation Range: $65/hr – $69/hr Job Description: The Lead Sigma Insights Analyst will own the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and reports in Sigma to support sales and business stakeholders with actionable insights. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Build and maintain dashboards and reports exclusively in Sigma • Perform heads-down development focused on data visualization and analytics • Translate Salesforce sales data into clear, business-friendly insights • Manage and track work in Jira within an Agile environment • Present dashboards and findings to business partners for feedback and iteration • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and solve problems Requirements: Must-Haves: • 5+ years of experience in data visualization or analytics • 1+ year of professional, hands-on Sigma experience • Strong experience building dashboards and reports end-to-end in Sigma • Functional Salesforce experience (opportunities, stages, pipelines, bookings) • Experience working with sales data and KPIs • Ability to deeply understand business context behind the data • Basic to intermediate SQL skills (SELECTs, joins) • Strong task management skills; able to work independently and efficiently • Agile experience with Jira or similar tools Nice-to-Haves: • Tableau experience • Data visualization design experience (Figma, Adobe, or similar wireframing tools) Benefits: • This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
