Role description
Job Title: Lead SPM Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Visa needed : L2 EAD/H4 EAD/USC/GC
β’ Architect, Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, and Service Mapping
β’ Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g., scripting, automation, APIs)
β’ Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud services, messaging platforms)
β’ Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification
β’ Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services
β’ Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT, SIT, and production validation
β’ Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions
β’ Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials
β’ Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
β’ Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization
