Job Title: Lead Technical Analyst β Oracle OM & Pricing
Location: Cleveland Ohio Preferred/Open to Remote
Job Type: 18-month Contract

About the Role
The Lead Technical Analyst is responsible for leading the support of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications used for data collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage in support of internal department planning and activities. This role ensures systems operate efficiently with minimal downtime and manages application configuration, setup, and updates The Lead Technical Analyst develops custom queries, builds reports, and provides strategic advice to management regarding application development, maintenance, and system standards. The role also involves mentoring the team responsible for training users, managing user access, and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors to support enterprise-wide applications.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications, providing guidance on design considerations and business impacts for configuration
β’ Ensure quality of data for internal planning and activities
β’ Manage configuration, setup, and updates for applications, providing guidance as needed
β’ Oversee data loading processes into established tables, fields, and system databases
β’ Review and approve governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms
β’ Lead the team in building reports and providing strategic insights and recommendations for business management decisions
β’ Mentor the team responsible for training users and setting up user access
β’ Recommend changes in application development, maintenance, and system standards
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure integration and interoperability of enterprise-wide systems
β’ Liaise with external vendors to ensure application support
Experience & Skills:
β’ 6β8 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support
β’ In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
β’ Expertise in configuring and managing SaaS and enterprise-wide applications
β’ Experience applying security designs and principles to technology-based solutions
β’ Team leadership and database management experience
β’ Ability to develop and review complex custom queries and reports
β’ Knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
