• We're seeking a Lead UI/UX Engineer to drive the design and development of enterprise web applications that support complex, data-driven business processes for our global Fortune 500 client. This role combines hands-on UX design, front-end development, and technical leadership.
Our client, with U.S. headquarters in Charlotte, NC, is a world class food service provider with a strong presence across the nation. Key Responsibilities
• Lead UI/UX strategy and front-end architecture for enterprise applications.
• Convert complex workflows into intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
• Build responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop reusable UI components, design systems, and scalable front-end patterns.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Support application performance, accessibility, security, and usability best practices.
• Mentor developers and help establish front-end development standards.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience building enterprise web applications.
• Strong Angular and TypeScript development experience.
• Experience with UX design, wireframing, and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Background developing reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern front-end practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with enterprise data management, governance, or workflow-based applications.
• Familiarity with state management frameworks (NgRx, Redux, Signals, etc.).
• Experience designing data-intensive applications with advanced search, filtering, and workflow capabilities.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications and AI-enabled solutions.
