Primary Skills: Tableau (Expert), SQL (Advanced), Learning Analytics (Advanced), KPI Frameworks (Intermediate), Data Storytelling (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 10+ Months Location: Durham, NC Pay Range: $75 - $80 per hour on W2 Job Summary: The Learning Analytics Analyst will develop and enhance Tableau dashboards to consolidate insights on learner progress and compliance. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate data integration and governance while supporting the development of training effectiveness metrics. The analyst will automate reporting processes and share best practices in analytics and data visualization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards for learner progress and compliance insights. • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define backend data requirements and ensure accurate data integration. • Analyze data to create standardized KPIs and guide curriculum improvements. • Automate compliance reporting, maintaining dashboards for risk and completion trends. • Train and support teams in SQL, Tableau, and analytics skills. Must-Have Skills: • Strong proficiency in Tableau and SQL. • Proven experience in learning analytics and KPI frameworks. • Excellent data storytelling capabilities. Industry Experience: Experience in education, training, or learning analytics is preferred.
