Job Title: Learning Insights & Data Analytics Consultant Location: Indianapolis, IN Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Compensation: $65-69/hour DOQ Type: 18 month contract Overview The Learning Insights & Data Analytics Consultant designs and advances enterprise learning dashboards, analytics frameworks, and data architecture to support data-driven decision-making. This role partners with data strategy and technology leaders to deliver story-driven Power BI dashboards and scalable analytics solutions that demonstrate measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in data modeling and visualization with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX to deliver visually compelling, insight-driven reporting • Enhance and support existing learning dashboards, including Smartsheet-based reporting tools • Ensure dashboard reliability, performance optimization, and data accuracy across reporting solutions • Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and scalable analytics frameworks • Integrate enterprise data sources using Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services • Collaborate with enterprise data teams to align solutions with corporate data standards and architecture strategies • Develop learning metrics frameworks aligned with human performance and skill-based assessment methodologies • Support reporting and analytics for LMS platforms, particularly SuccessFactors Learning • Implement and support learning analytics technologies such as SCORM and xAPI • Provide analytics consultation to L&D stakeholders, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations • Partner cross-functionally with L&D, IT, and enterprise teams to implement shared analytics solutions • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis, reporting automation, and insights generation Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • 3+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, including DAX programming • Experience with modern data engineering tools (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or similar) • Demonstrated experience designing metrics dashboards that clearly demonstrate business impact • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture principles • Portfolio showcasing visually compelling and story-driven dashboard design • Experience supporting or implementing learning technology projects Preferred: • Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field • Experience with LMS administration and reporting, particularly SuccessFactors Learning • Experience with learning analytics technologies such as SCORM, xAPI, or LRS platforms • Experience developing analytics solutions using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies • Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or R • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
