Role description
Leading Software company is looking for an independent "doer" who can sit between their legal business users and our IT/Dev teamsβsomeone who can gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into technical user stories and success criteria for deployment.
Scope of Work
Title: Legal Ops Technologist / Business Analyst (contract)
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Remote (United States)
Hours: 40 Hours / Week
Technology: Ironclad
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $70 - $90 / hr
Key Qualifications & Experience:
β’ 8+ years in Legal Technologies: Proven track record in BA or Program Manager roles, specifically facilitating complex requirements-gathering and documenting technical specs.
β’ CLM Expertise (Ironclad): Experience in 2β3 cross-functional CLM implementations with a deep understanding of "Lead to Signature" mapping, workflow logic, and conditional approvals.
β’ Legal AI (Must-Have): Hands-on experience implementing or managing Legal AI tools (e.g., Luminance, Harvey, vLex) for high-volume contract review and data extraction.
β’ Salesforce Ecosystem: Deep understanding of SFDC integration points to ensure seamless data flow into the contract repository.
β’ Diverse Tech Stack: Familiarity with SimpleLegal, Zip, Logikcull, e2Open, and DocuSign.
β’ Operations & Agile: Adept at managing the "Run the Business" lifecycle (triaging tickets via Jira Service Management, Slack automations) and working within bi-weekly Agile sprints.
β’ Communication: Ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical workflows to attorneys in a clear, actionable manner.
