Responsibilities
The Level 4 AI Engineer is a senior contributor with deeper expertise in AI systems and software engineering. This role involves leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in AI model development and deployment. Responsibilities:
• Lead design and development of advanced AI models.
• Oversee data strategy and ensure high-quality datasets.
• Guide model evaluation and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards in AI.
• Mentor Level 3 engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Stay current with AI trends and regulatory changes. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience, Master’s + 3 years, or PhD + 1 year.
• Advanced proficiency in AI frameworks and software engineering.
• Experience with avionics or ADA software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Eligible for U.S. Security Clearance.
