Job Summary
Our direct client is seeking a Product Specialist to support Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), enterprise data platforms, SQL development, software testing, and public health reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in product support, data analysis, quality assurance, system validation, and SQL development in a laboratory or healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4–6 years of experience testing IT products and applications
• Strong SQL development and query optimization experience
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling
• Experience writing complex SQL queries, joins, aggregations, and stored procedures
• Experience with system testing, QA, defect tracking, and test case development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Support Snowflake data warehouse initiatives.

• Support epidemiological investigations through accurate reporting.

• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain laboratory data quality and integrity.
