Lockbox Application Analyst

Location: Brooklyn, OH (Onsite) Duration: 7 months with possibility for extension Overview We are seeking a Lockbox Application Analyst to support payment and deposit operations within a banking environment. This role focuses on application support, process improvement, data analysis, and testing within Lockbox operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide operational support for Lockbox applications and related systems • Create, edit, and test application and operational procedures • Develop and execute test scripts for system and process improvements • Perform business and data analysis across multiple systems • Extract and analyze data using SQL and advanced Excel techniques • Support production environments including issue tracking, resolution, and root cause analysis • Act as a point of contact for user inquiries and system issues • Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements • Support process improvement initiatives and project execution • Deliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in operations, support, or analyst roles • Strong experience with Excel (including data analysis) and SQL queries • Knowledge of process flows and data reporting • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Lockbox or banking operations • 1–2 years of operational analyst experience • Experience with tools like Jira • Ability to work with large datasets and create reports (pivot tables, data visualization) • Familiarity with Windows systems and applications Recruiter details: Name: Abdul Mannan Email : abdul.m@ustechsolutionsinc.com Job id: 26-09920 About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
