This role is key to designing and maintaining logical data models that support enterprise-wide data strategy, ensuring consistency, integrity, and accessibility across systems. The ideal candidate will also assist with database administration tasks as needed. < data-start="708" data-end="738">Key Responsibilities: • Design and maintain logical data models aligned with business and enterprise data architecture needs. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to capture and translate data requirements. • Create normalized data structures and entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs). • Ensure logical models support performance and align with physical implementations. • Maintain metadata, data dictionaries, and contribute to data governance efforts. • Provide modeling support for data integration, transformation, and migration initiatives. • Conduct impact analysis on changes to data models or business processes. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data modeling and database design. • Install, configure, and maintain database software in accordance with standards and security protocols. • Assist application teams in designing secure database structures and migrating changes across environments. • Develop scripts for data refreshes in development and test environments. • Optimize database and application query performance. • Support ETL-related database functions and data processes. • Perform other related duties as assigned. < data-start="1910" data-end="1943">Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, or data architecture. • Deep understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data integrity. • Proficiency with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER/Studio). • Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and data quality. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. < data-start="2322" data-end="2356">Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree or technical certification with at least 3 years of related experience. • Hands-on experience with Oracle databases. • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native databases. • Experience with Oracle database administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. • Familiarity with supporting development lifecycles and writing data migration scripts. • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows.
