Role description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Risk Analyst to support logistics risk management initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and operational insights. This role will serve as a key contributor in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating logistics risks by transforming large datasets into actionable business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics analytics, supply chain operations, or data analysis, along with strong Excel, SQL, and dashboarding skills. Candidates who can effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams will thrive in this role. Korean language skills are strongly preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities • Analyze logistics and supply chain data from transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and claims databases to identify trends, risks, and operational anomalies. • Develop, maintain, and enhance logistics risk dashboards, KPI reporting, and early-warning indicators. • Monitor and analyze trends related to shipment delays, losses, damages, service failures, and operational performance. • Conduct root cause analysis using quantitative data and analytical modeling techniques. • Prepare recurring management reports and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making. • Partner with IT, logistics, and operations teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and system integration. • Support risk assessments, compliance reviews, audits, and operational improvement initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions. • Manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics analytics, supply chain analytics, operations analytics, or a related analytical role. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including: • Pivot Tables • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP • Data Matching & Reconciliation • Data Comparison & Validation • Experience working with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. • Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Familiarity with logistics performance metrics, supply chain KPIs, and operational reporting. • Experience building dashboards and visual analytics for business users.
