Job Title: Looker Administrator Location: Philadelphia, PA / Denver, CO Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Duration: 5 months Pay Rate: $50- $55/hr on W2 Application Deadline: June 14, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED • Looker Platform Administration & L3/L4 Support (production support, incident resolution, performance troubleshooting) • LookML & Looker Dev/Prod Workflows (model management, deployment coordination, release validation) • Looker Upgrades & Patch Management (version upgrades, environment stability, rollback handling, change management) • Looker APIs (Admin API, Inline Queries, SDKs) (automation, monitoring, user provisioning support) POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer with deep Looker expertise to provide L3/L4 production support for a large-scale enterprise analytics platform. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, performance, and reliability across Dev and Prod environments. A key responsibility is managing Looker upgrades, patching, and release coordination with minimal business disruption. The candidate will support LookML workflows, API integrations, and access governance across the platform. This role also contributes to Looker Core migration readiness, AI-driven analytics initiatives, and Teradata to Snowflake validation. Strong emphasis is placed on incident resolution, operational support, and knowledge transfer to enable long-term platform ownership. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide L3/L4 production support for Looker, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance across Dev and Prod environments. • Manage Looker upgrades, patching, and release deployments with controlled change management and minimal business impact. • Support LookML development workflows, GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines, and Dev-to-Prod deployment processes. • Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, data models, system errors, and user access/governance. • Work with Looker APIs (Admin API, Inline Queries, SDKs) for automation, monitoring, and integration use cases. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams on Looker Core migration, cloud integration, and platform optimization initiatives.
