Role description
Join a Mission That Matters: Empower Poor Communities Through Data-Driven Change
Are you a data analyst firmβor a freelancer with ambitions to start your own firmβdriven by purpose and committed to social good? We are not just offering a volunteer; we are inviting you to take part in a mission.
Global Trade Integration: Connecting Poor Communities is a research and policy center with a clear goal: to help connect marginalized communities in developing regions to regional and global markets. We believe that well-designed policies, informed by accurate and timely data, can transform lives and open new economic pathways.
We equip researchers and policymakers with empirical, trade-based insights by analyzing international trade data using tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio. But the strength of our work depends on the talents and values of our collaborators.
Who We Are Looking For:
β’ Our first priority is to partner with startup data analyst firms located in developing countries or founded with a strong commitment to helping underserved communities.
β’ Our second preference is freelancers who are considering launching their own socially focused firms.
What We Offer:
β’ A volunteer contract as independent contractors.
β’ A meaningful opportunity to contribute to projects that directly benefit poor communities.
β’ A collaborative environment where your work influences real-world trade strategies and policymaking.
β’ A chance to grow professionally while making a measurable difference in the lives of others.
This is not just a job. It is a commitment to equity, opportunity, and impact. Your contribution will help bridge information gaps, support evidence-based policymaking, and bring poor communities into the global conversation.
