Looker Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled Looker Developer with strong expertise in Looker, LookML, and data modeling to design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions that drive business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large enterprise datasets, building compliance reports (including data privacy), and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Looker dashboards, reports (including paginated reports), and data visualizations. • Develop and implement complex LookML models for large-scale enterprise environments. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and create user personas to support report development. • Perform data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL design to ensure optimized performance. • Deploy, manage, and optimize large datasets for reporting and analytics. • Create and maintain compliance and data privacy reports. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality BI solutions. • Write complex SQL queries and optimize data retrieval processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Looker and LookML. • Advanced SQL skills and experience with data querying languages. • Hands-on experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. • Experience building compliance and data privacy reporting solutions. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
