Job Description Below:- Job Title: Low-code Developer/Lead (Mendix preferred) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer with a strong background in both low-code platforms and traditional server-side development. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong domain knowledge in asset and trade allocation processes, and leadership experience to guide the development of scalable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities β€’ Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of solutions across platforms, including Mendix, Java/Python, and SQL. β€’ Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable designs. β€’ Drive the modernization and migration/refactoring of legacy systems to modern architectures and frameworks. β€’ Ensure optimal use of multi-threading and concurrency techniques to deliver high-performance server-side applications. β€’ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, performing code reviews and enforcing best practices. β€’ Design and optimize data models and queries for asset allocation and trade execution workflows. β€’ Maintain strong alignment with business needs and compliance requirements in a fast-paced financial services environment. Required Qualifications β€’ 10+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience. Experienced in: β€’ No-Code/Low-Code platforms, particularly Mendix(if not any low-code platform exp. is fine). β€’ Java and/or Python for backend/server-side development. β€’ SQL and relational database design/performance tuning. β€’ Experience designing and implementing solutions using multi-threading and concurrency. β€’ Strong knowledge of application migration, modernization, and codebase refactoring. β€’ Deep domain knowledge in asset allocation, trade allocation rules, and execution processes. Preferred Skills β€’ Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration. β€’ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). β€’ Familiarity with message queues, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
