About the Role
A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking M365 Copilot Engineer to drive the technical delivery and operational use of Microsoft Copilot solutions across the enterprise.
This is a high-impact role within a dedicated Innovation Team, delivering intelligent AI-powered productivity solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft technologies.
You will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for design, integration, deployment, governance, and ongoing support of Copilot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Design secure, scalable, and compliant Copilot deployments tailored to business needs
Integrate Copilot with enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, and RESTful APIs
Develop and manage custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI
Implement governance, data boundaries, permissions, and responsible AI practices
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure readiness for deployment
Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback for continuous optimisation
Lead user enablement including onboarding, documentation, and training
Track Microsoft’s Copilot roadmap and apply emerging capabilities
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on Copilot
Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, and Security Copilot
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Active Directory, Logic Apps, and API Management
Expertise in enterprise architecture and secure solution design
Technical Skills
Microsoft Graph API
REST APIs, OAuth, and JSON
Microsoft 365 compliance and identity management
Prompt engineering and grounding techniques
Custom Copilot development via Copilot Studio
Desirable Certifications
Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert
TOGAF or equivalent
