β’ Experience in Artificial Intelligence with modern productivity systems. Experience should include Microsoft Copilot for M365, AI modeling, Microsoft Copilot Studio and cloud security/compliance controls to ensure best practices across services. The candidate will guide standard configurations and baselines, while helping propose technical solutions to implement, monitor, and maintain long term configurations that adhere to compliant baselines and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Leads Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineering with focus on operational sustainability and compensating controls to ensure resiliency
β’ Hands on configuration of the AI-driven customer interactions of Microsoft 365 to support evolving capabilities and services
β’ Educates team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative solutions
β’ Provide engineering support for AI security and compliance development and system integration
β’ Will generate and maintain engineering artifacts in support of operational excellence
β’ Provide oversight on technical activities to function as a mentor, help with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management
Required Qualifications
β’ MUST HAVE: 10+ years experience with architecture and/or engineering across Microsoft cloud services with a focus on AI
β’ Expert-level knowledge of relevant AI and modeling services both cloud and on-premises, across various Microsoft technologies
β’ Expert-level knowledge of foundational components such as Active Directory, network infrastructure/architecture(DNS/DHCP, routing, etc.), PowerShell scripting
β’ Expert knowledge of evolving AI governance and industry
β’ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Copilot services including Copilot chat
β’ Experience with custom AI agents and automation solutions integrating Copilot Studio to enterprise data sources
β’ Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-premises infrastructure
β’ Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
β’ Strong experience architecting and building applications to support workstreams across multiple platform tiers
β’ Self-starter, critical thinker with proven ability to deal with granular requirements yet see things holistically and strategically
β’ Ability to shift and pivot with changing responsibilities
β’ Ability to work effectively both independently
β’ Ability to work with business and technical teams to build requirements and technical artifacts
β’ Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
β’ Ability to learn new technology and business process as required
β’ Ability to create architecture documents including network/data flows and test plans
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
β’ Comfortable sharing ideas and concepts in a highly collaborative team
β’ Have experience with ITIL foundational, methodologies, best practices, and Agile process methodologies
β’ Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail, effective time management
