Role description
TITLE: M365 Power Platform Developer (US Citizenship REQUIRED) MAX RATE: $42.89/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract) DURATION: 6+ month Contract LOCATION: Remote SCHEDULE: 9/80 (every other Friday off) β€’ β€’ β€’ No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED β€’ β€’ β€’ POSITION DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contractor to join our team and support the automation of business processes using Microsoft 365 (M365) tools. As a Junior M365 Power Platform Developer contractor, you will work closely with our team to analyze, design, implement and document automated workflows and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows to support client needs. Troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate complex challenges to senior team members. Assist in the testing and deployment of automated solutions Provide support for the maintenance and enhancement of existing automated processes Develop and maintain documentation of automated processes and solutions Assist with SharePoint and Hub site creation and maintenance SKILLS REQUIRED 3+ years' experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI. Proven ability to work with SharePoint Online, including: Designing and customizing sites, pages, and components Creating and managing forms, workflows, and data management solutions Configuring and managing permissions and access controls to ensure secure and controlled access Strong working knowledge of M365 tools (e.g., Power Automate and Power Apps) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Proficient in documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintenance Familiarity working within IT governance and structure Experienced working with internal customers to refine requirements Excellent verbal and written communication Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently and collaboratively Adept at keeping track of multiple deadlines and proactively communicate updates Trustworthy and able to appropriately handle confidential data Relevant experience is necessary to be able to jump in and work project backlog SKILLS PREFERRED 5+ years' experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI. Experience with business process automation and workflow design Familiarity with agile development methodologies Experience working with Human Resources related data Familiarity with basic data visualization concepts. Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C#) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3+ years' experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI.
