Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mac OS Engineer to join our End User Computing team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration, security, and performance of macOS devices across. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and modern device management practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
β’ Design, implement, and maintain macOS device management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
β’ Develop and enforce configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines for macOS endpoints
β’ Collaborate with security, networking, and support teams to ensure macOS devices meet enterprise standards
β’ Automate provisioning, software deployment, and patch management workflows
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex macOS-related issues across hardware, software, and network layers
β’ Monitor device health, performance, and compliance using analytics and reporting tools
β’ Stay current with Appleβs macOS updates, enterprise features, and best practices
β’ Provide technical guidance and documentation for support teams and end-users
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience managing macOS devices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
β’ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for macOS device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
β’ Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager, MDM protocols, and Appleβs enterprise ecosystem.
β’ Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Swift for automation.
β’ Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Azure AD, SSO, Conditional Access).
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
β’ Strong communication and documentation skills.
