β’ Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical staff to document business workflows and -develop a deep understanding of how EHR data is captured and used.
β’ Build subject matter expertise in EHR system behavior, data structures, and operational processes.
β’ Author clear, comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, workflow diagrams, and technical notes that support knowledge transfer and model development.
β’ Act as a liaison between business users and developers, particularly when new EHR features or data elements are introduced.
β’ Support rollout of application updates by training users, gathering feedback, and creating reference materials to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and data entry practices.
β’ Use Python, SQL, and foundational machine learning techniques to analyze and model clinical and operational data stored in Oracle databases.
β’ Clean and query large datasets to prepare training data and derive insights that feed into dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
β’ Build and deploy AI/ML models integrated into tools that support decision-making and operational improvement.
β’ Translate complex data findings into actionable insights through structured storytelling, effective visualizations, and clear communication.
