Description – Machine Learning Engineer Summary: We’re seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join an on-site team in either Philadelphia or Washington, D.C., focused on enhancing customer experiences through advanced AI troubleshooting and model refinement. This role centers on replicating and resolving user-reported issues using intelligent, deterministic solutions designed to replace legacy systems. Job at a glance: • 3-month contract (Possibility of extension) • $75/hr + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) • Fully Remote Responsibilities: • Lead efforts to improve and fine-tune AI models, particularly LLMs, to replicate and resolve customer-reported issues. • Design and implement deterministic AI workflows that enhance product reliability and user satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the U.S. to develop scalable solutions starting with internet-based products and expanding into broader domains. • Build and integrate APIs to support AI-driven troubleshooting and automation. • Provide technical expertise in AI and LLMs to guide a team whose manager is not specialized in this domain. Required Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI technologies, LLMs, and API development. • Proven experience working with AI and LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face). • Strong API development and integration skills. • Hands-on experience with Python for AI model development, data processing, and automation. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate across time zones for team meetings. #INDGEN #ZR
