Role description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our team in the Information Technology and Software Development sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful AI and machine learning initiatives, working with modern tools and frameworks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Work Location: Remote
Compensation: 80-100hr
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
β’ Lead end-to-end AI/ML/NLP projects while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and DevSecOps standards.
β’ Write high-quality, maintainable, and secure code, identifying and addressing performance and security challenges.
β’ Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
β’ Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 10+ years of experience in Software/IT development, with at least 5 years focused on Data Analysis and Machine Learning.
β’ Strong programming experience in Python, with hands-on knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
β’ Experience with Image Transformer models, including Microsoftβs DiT, is highly desirable.
β’ Proficiency in data handling and analysis (JSON, XML, statistical analysis).
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
β’ Java, SQL, Oracle, REST-based web services, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
β’ Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, ELB, ALB, and Aurora RDS.
Education:
Bachelorβs degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
